We stand behind the work. If PILOTMAST doesn’t deliver, you don’t pay. Here’s how it works in plain English.

The promise

For new Starter ( + /mo) and Pro (,500 + /mo) engagements, if your AI system has not generated at least 8 new booked appointments, new leads, or recovered patient/customer bookings within 30 days of Go-Live, we will refund 100% of your setup fee AND your first month of subscription. Every dollar back.

What counts as a “booked appointment / lead”

What you need to do to qualify

  1. Within 5 business days of engagement: Provide all required integration access (your calendar, your PMS or CRM, your phone forwarding, your Google Business Profile, your DNS for SPF/DKIM)
  2. Use the system for the full 30 days from Go-Live. Pausing, disconnecting integrations, or asking us to turn off the AI mid-period voids the guarantee.
  3. Provide reasonable feedback during weekly check-ins so we can tune the AI to your business voice.

How to request a refund

Email carlos@pilotmast.com with subject line “REFUND REQUEST — [Your Business Name]” within 30 days of your Go-Live Date. Include your engagement start date and a brief note on what didn’t work.

When the refund arrives

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. We’ll confirm by email when the refund is issued.

No fine print games

If the system underperformed and you engaged in good faith, you get your money back. We’d rather lose one fee than have an unhappy client telling 50 other DFW practice owners we didn’t deliver. Simple.
