You provide directly: name, email, phone, business name, industry, and any message you submit through our audit-request form or contact channels.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location (city-level only) via standard server logs and cookies.
From third parties: If you book a call through our calendar, we receive scheduling data from Microsoft Bookings, GoHighLevel, or Google Calendar.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We retain contact and inquiry data for up to 36 months unless you request earlier deletion. Email carlos@pilotmast.com with subject “DELETE MY DATA” and we will erase your record within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

When you submit our audit form and check the consent box, you authorize PILOTMAST to send transactional and follow-up text messages to the phone number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use HTTPS encryption in transit and follow industry-standard practices for credential storage. No system is perfect; you provide information at your own risk. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.
Our services are for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required, notified by email.
